Emily is a rare gem of a landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Basically everything: it’s clean, well-maintained, laundry & storage in the basement, elevator, Juliet balconies, multiple light exposures for lots of natural light, landlord is responsive & nice, no crazy rent hikes - if it wasn’t for my not getting along with my roommate, I would have never moved.
Cons:
Really close to the BQE, so you can hear the car horns when it’s backed up. Rooms in the 2 br apts are a little small, but ok. Small price to pay for a really nice place to live, though.
Advice to owner:
Nothing to add - she’s already doing a great job.
