Beautiful space, truly awful and apathetic Super and landlord

Pros:
- Space is well-appointed, clean and very pretty
Cons:
- Can take weeks to respond to maintenance tickets, which are only supported through email - Reluctant to fix anything, even when issues are pointed out repeatedly with photo and video documentation - No dedicated super to any particular building, so no opportunity to build a relationship of trust or have accountability - No way to contact suitemates in advance of moving in (under Common management), which means no way to screen for issues like this

Invest in Customer Experience, allow a non-emergency phone line for general inquiries

Nice building, weird layout and bad Management

Pros:
-Nicely Renovated -Apartments have patios -Rooftop is great with good views
Cons:
-Management is terrible, slow at responding and fixing issues. -Layout of place is weird, all apartments are duplexes but with 4 beds / 2 baths, but there are 3 bedrooms on one floor that are very tiny and the other bedroom is on a different floor with Kitchen & living room

Modern set up, plenty of light and a great rooftop. Optimal coliving set up.
Cons:
Building management is not very responsive. Takes a few attempts to resolve issues.
