Good apt just bad management

Duplex and the room is decent size and it has laundry

Management company takes a while and not that responsive

Pros:
Our apartment faced the courtyard so it was quiet. It was convenient having laundry in the building when it was working.
Cons:
Packages get stolen. Laundry machines always breaks down. Walk up, no elevator.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the laundry machines by cleaning it. Install a secure package holder.
