I think they’re pretty good but a former neighbor had to move because the bar The Woods was too loud for him. His girlfriend was fine with the noise.

My little oasis

Pros

This building seriously feels like my clean, cozy, safe haven. The building staff are kind, the finishes in my apartment are so well taken care of, the neighbors are not noisy whatsoever. The building has a WhatsApp group for all the neighbors, and it’s a great way to buy/sell things and ask for favors.

Cons

The amenity fee feels silly for what you get. I wish it was isolated to the gym and/or less expensive. Don’t get me wrong, the gym is quite nice. It’s just a high fee for gym/rooftop access.

They’re pretty solid.

Yes, go to their website to see them. They have a massive gym, really nice rooftop with grills, communal areas, 24 hour front desk and a package room.
