191 Huron - great building

Pros

191 Huron is well built, well kept and management is responsive. Roof access and view is awesome, and there are planters available for each unit to use. Central heating and AC. Hallway art is hilariously tacky in a charming way. Greenpoint is the best, I loved living here!

Cons

Every once in awhile there was a sewage smell coming from the drain in the hallway closet (where you could install washer/dryer if you wanted). Pouring water down fixed this.

Poor garbage management They take it out through the main elevator and hallways at all different times. Absolutely disgusting
