Comfortable And Good Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Interesting layouts with corners and nooks allowing for interesting layouts. Washer and dryer present even in smaller layouts. Good location and comfortable stay.
Cons:
Nearby construction is going to block the unobstructed views from lots of units.

Nice Enough, Overpriced for Basic Amenities on a Shady Alley
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are friendly, two elevators.
Cons:
There is a strange odor in all of the apartments which seems to be from stagnant water. The maintenance is mediocre at best and definitely not a 'luxury' building. Apartment layouts are strange and awkward for functional living.
Advice to owner:
Clean the gym and the common areas.
