A nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, cleanliness, amenities
Cons:
Could get loud depending on activities going on at Tompkins Ave
4 months ago
great neighborhood, ok management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large sized bedrooms, great daylight/sunlights, washing machines/dryers were regularly cleaned/maintained.
Cons:
Living room is miniscule. No solution when the building was repeatedly vandalized and packages constantly stolen by outsiders. Electricity bill unreasonably high throughout the year.

Nice building, so so neighborhood, less than great mgmt co
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well designed and clean building, big windows to allow for lots of natural light. Units at the back of the building are quiet and have a nice unobstructed view if you’re a higher floor. Never had a pest issue, super would reply in a reasonable amount of time to efficiently fix any issues in the apt.
Cons:
issues with package and bike theft and with people, mostly kids, trying to break into the building to smoke or hang on the roof. Mgmt never willing to invest in a security guard. Mgmt co not the best to communicate with and kind of shady, but definitely could’ve been worse.
Advice to owner:
Take the safety of your tenants seriously!

Pretty good for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheaper. Has amenities like a gym. They do a good job of keeping the lobby and common areas (like the laundry room) clean. For the most part I didn't have any major issues.
Cons:
Kids from the high school would get into the lobby and steal packages sometimes. A bit cheaply built. For example the wall paper in the bathroom is already peeling.
Advice to owner:
Better security needed for the front door.

I love this apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the amenities, that I have a balcony in my room, the price point
Cons:
Far walk from the subway, neighbors have a group chat in where they complain about everything
Advice to owner:
Offer more to your tenants that have been there for a while. I asked if I could renew with a 6 month lease and they said no
Over 2 years ago
Never again .
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building itself is amazing, design/layout and amenities are A+. Tenants are very respectful
Cons:
Weird high ceilings, worst neighborhood I’ve ever stayed at, bars accros the street so don’t expect much sleep at night. Lots of noise abs the walk to subway station can be sketchy at nights. Weird kids outside had broken the glass on second floor twice and snuck into the building to smoke pot.
Advice to owner:
Need sound and bullet proof glasses.
