Good building with nice bathrooms, VERY well located, spacious.
Extremely uncooperative super. nice guy but will cancel on you 5 times before meeting up. got pissed at me for saying he had to schedule with me and couldn’t just show up randomly for an issue that was pretty major.
more responsive and get the super to schedule without hassle
