    Amazing rooftop, good neighbors, responsive to maintenance requests, and nice to have a gym in building.
    Cons:
    Right by Pulaski bridge so it can be very noisy during rush hour periods.

    Rent stabilized, small and friendly community, spacious apartments and gorgeous roof deck
    Cons:
    Management was impersonal and rude, felt poorly organized
