I don’t recommend this building

Pros:
Location is ok but the surrounding area is a bit strange.
Cons:
Landlord and family are awful to deal with. I over heard that they had been harassing a tenant and we are now looking to leave.

Poor building management

Pros:
Apts are good for the cost , heat is decent, responsive when things need to be fixed.
Cons:
Loudness, aggressiveness from landlord. The family is always making noise and talking badly about the tenants.
