There is a scam artist living in D3 trying to trap people into living there by saying misleading things. This place is especially dangerous for women seeking a private room and who live alone. She will lie and make you live with a middle aged guy who she calls her husband. This person is her pretend-husband who got green card by marrying her. She will make you live with her husband who is a sexual predator. If you raise your voice after moving in, she will create a hostile living situation for you. Previous victims had to sue her to get the deposit back and even though they won, she has not paid them. Just stay away from this apartment and all the drama!
