AVOID THIS BUILDING ITS RUN AWFUL

It’s a fantastic neighborhood and the people who live there are great.
Cons:
The Super is truly not a good man. He is utterly uncaring and indifferent. The first week I lived there he left a friend of mine stuck in the elevator for a half hour saying “I’ll get to it”. Later on once when I lost my keys it took him 45 to bother to finally help me back into my apartment. He goes through every bit of garbage, and if not sorted entirely to his liking he will have you resort it. fine- but he always insisted on watching me, and if I tried to go at a time he wasn’t around he would still somehow show up, leaving me feeling very obviously watched and CREEPED out. The garbage issue wouldn’t be such a big deal if the building was managed even remotely well. The laundry room was closed for well over two years because the laundry room was never brought up to code until recently. There is no mail room, mail is left on shelves to be stolen.

Pros:
Location, it's a newer building.
Cons:
The walls are thin, and so are the floors/ceilings. The in building laundry hasn't been working for almost two years.
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry.

Loudest Building of All Time

Pros:
Super is kind and responsive, apartments are large
Cons:
So so loud and impossible to maintain. Property managers will have you install your own padded carpeting to make a noise complaint about another apartment.

Take your residents seriously
