Astoria's Neighborhood Gem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tall ceilings, real hardwood floors, a great super, some tenants who have lived there have lived there for decades (fair landlord)
Cons:
Neighbors can be kind of noisy, the walls are pretty thin so you hear them pretty easily. The neighborhood is also full of young people which is great but you'll have a lot of late nights.

Amazing Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive owners and super. They actually get to know you as human beings. Relatively quiet and always clean. We knew the previous tenants and management kept our rent low because of it.
Cons:
In a part of Astoria where there is less around you than Broadway or Ditmars.
