Former Tenant

The building in on a nice street and the owner is responsive and maintains the building

Street facing units are rather noisy and the in past couple of years the owner changed the heating system. The temperature is legal but on the lower end.

Good neighborhood, fairly priced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well situated in Astoria. The room itself was spacious with prewar charm. My unit was rent stabilized. Sunny bedroom. The landlord is kind and I dealt with her directly.
Cons:
Thin walls. The upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy and would wake me up in the middle of the night constantly with shaking and banging. There were roaches.
