Lived there for about 2 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
I had a first floor apartment and lot of windows
Cons:
Our kitchen light was broken and it took the super at least a month to even change- cooking in semi-darkness and with candles and flashlights not the greatest.
Front door to building was broken the last few months living there- always open
Advice to owner:
Responsiveness to tenants request is a must.

Slum not good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. Size of apartment is ok for price.
Cons:
Place is ill-maintained, falling apart and nothing will be fixed properly - may be worse after! Management company not responsive. Heat is off sometimes mid-November and we called 311.
