Worth living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Excellent lighting on either side
-Super clean building
-Cameras on every floor
-Excellent area
Cons:
-Working from home during the winter was kinda tough because the heat was barely on during the day. They would only turn it on for a little while. Called to complain once, they turned it up after but then went back to the usual afterwords.
-A lot of car noise because 33RD St usually has a lot of car traffic
Advice to owner:
-Raise the heat
