Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 35-10 35 Street, Queens highlight a clean, well-maintained building with friendly staff and a strong sense of community among neighbors. Residents appreciate the good location and generally positive building upkeep, including effective garbage management and pest control. However, consistent issues with heating—such as irregular operation and lack of insulation—and occasional noise from nearby establishments have been noted. Water pressure varies, and some tenants find landlord responsiveness inconsistent, ranging from timely to slow. While most renters recommend the building, those with management concerns urge more attentive owner communication and improvements in heating reliability and soundproofing.

Not a bad place to live, super is nice, maintained well
Former Tenant
Pros:
- No rodents inside building, occasional roach for me personally (they are in the building always) but if you stay on top of it in your unit (be clean, put out bait a few times a year), you won't see or have them - Kind super - Kind building staff, trash room is well kept, most neighbors are nice and respectable - Never had issues with crazy unexpected bills
Cons:
- windows have absolutely zero sound proofing, can hear every single thing outside and this happens to be a particularly noisy block - also no insulation in the unit - issues with heat the entire 4 years i've lived here (either on at random times off-season or non existent in the winter. or previously, blasting so high in the winter that I had to open my windows) - corporate slumlords are the worst to deal with

Clean and nice building. Great location.
Cons:
The restaurant on the corner is a little loud in the summer.
Advice to owner:
Maybe be a little more responsive to tenets.
