A decent landlord in NYC!

Pros:
Well maintained. Very clean. No bugs. Apartments are spacious and fully renovated.
Cons:
Noise! Very loud neighbors who play music, sing karaoke and move furniture at all hours of the night.
Advice to owner:
Manage tenant noise

Pros:
The unit had 3 rooms all with closet space and a nice sized living room.
The super was always available when needed.
Cons:
The kitchen was small with outdated appliances.
The Land lord made all 3 of us leave when only 1 room mate wanted to move out.
Advice to owner:
Work with tenants who want to stay in the unit.
