No Sound Proof/old water pipes
Former Tenant
Pros:
Park, 5min walk to Train R & M.
Cons:
Loud neighbors, everything can be heard from upstairs tenants, heater valve too strong in bathroom and steams up the whole place causing the paint to melt, Hot water doesn’t last, water comes out dirty, I’m guessing due to old pipes. I don’t recommend to live in the front faces studios at all. Too expensive for all this inconvenience. If you move in makes sure they change the sink pipes because they clog easily.
Advice to owner:
Should Soundproof ceiling to start.
