Good building

Pros:
Great super. Everything is clean and super is very helpful and accommodating. Safe building.
Cons:
Feels like you’re being watched by landlord on security cameras.
Advice to owner:
Hasn’t made any COVID adjustments. No grace on rent.

Great building with great part time super

Pros:
Building is very well-maintained by the part time super. Always clean, trash always removed, no issues of pests. The interior is new with laundry onsite, thermostats for heating, a garbage disposal, garage (for additional price), storage units (additional price) and rooftop access.
Cons:
The owner could be a bit more responsive to complaints and issues but is generally pretty good, comparatively speaking.
Advice to owner:
Respond to all emails from tenants. Acknowledge receipt, provide timelines for service, follow up.
