Pros:
great location, close to everything, apartment is a good size.
Cons:
ROACXHES. whole apartment is absolutely infested. I am terrified to step into the kitchen.

Everyone is pretty friendly, a lot of the neighbors have lived here for years/decades.

There’s a pretty intense pest problem through the building.
