Bad Management Company

Pros:
The superintendent is the best. He fixes everything, he is always there. A lot of familes, it feels safe.
Cons:
The management company, called Stellar is the worst management company I've had to deal with. They don't answer phones or emails, the elevators are always broken, the washing machines and dryers are also broken all the time. Some of the neighbors are agressive and very disrespectful. There is a lot of noise, sometimes you can't sleep.
Advice to owner:
Please be more aware of the residents needs. Answer to their concerns or requests. Hire nicer people in customer service.

Elevator always breaks?? Among other mishaps

Pros:
Somewhat nice neighbors
Cons:
The doorman is an ass The laundry rooms machines always break, and it’s dirty most of the time Hot water is gone at least once a week No security for packages, people steal them all the time The mice and roaches, but it’s a no brainer in NYC and the elevator alwaysss goes down at the most inconvenient times The super is “super” lazy and yells at people to “call the office” because he doesn’t “work after 5pm/on weekends”
