Pros:
Larger apartments since its an older building
Cons:
The building is not maintained well at all and the intercom has been out for 4 years.
Advice to owner:
They don't care about the residents.

Very nice building

Pros:
I lived in the building for about five years. The superintendent is very nice and maintains the building very well. I never had any problems whatsoever, and the building was very quiet.
Cons:
No laundry (but there is a laundromat about a lock away)
Advice to owner:
Keep the super
