    Good building with lot of character

    Pros:
    Laundry room is nice and has a few books. New super is great
    Cons:
    Sometime can be noisey near the queens blvd

    Family friendly and clean building

    Pros:
    Great staff, very courteous and always willing to help; neighbors are nice. Building is clean and they have been very safe during the pandemic.
    Cons:
    Not much, just that it’s an older building so the floor can get creaky at times.
