Former Tenant
Pros:
Prewar building, rent cheaper than other buildings, and building is in the center of 63rd drive stores.
Cons:
Extremely dirty, waterbug infested building, elevator was constantly getting stuck now they are trying to fix them since September, so no elevators in service. People smoking in the hallway/ staircase no one says anything. Apartments are really old, not upgraded. Pipes constantly leaking
