Extreme rodent issue

Pros:
Affordable and Apartment size is decent.
Cons:
Management takes a long time to respond to complaints issues. Extreme rodent issue. Exterminator comes once a month during working hours.
Advice to owner:
Please have the exterminator come in after working hours. And respond in a timely manner.

The management is SHITTY

Pros:
Pros are neighbors are not loud and the basement has laundry BUT only 2/4 washing machine and dryers have been working! The laundry card machine has also been broken which means we have to go to a different building to reload our laundry cards!
Cons:
I complained about bed bugs to management and called them several times, nobody called me back when they said they would! The heat is 5/10. Unless your windows are taped down, your apartment would still be cold. My neighbors are DIRTY, one of them clips their nails on the stairs.
Advice to owner:
Fix the broken things that are considered necessary utilities to tenants!! and stand by your word! If manageable tells us they will call back, have them call back and fix what we need to be fixed.
