Nonsmoking policy inside apt. Is not informed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super/ cleanliness, maintenance are on point.
Cons:
Management sucks, you call and make noise complains, cigarette smell filtering ( second hand smoking )the apt and response. Also
Advice to owner:
Make sure you let them know the smoking policy and ask about subletting, as it goes on and they don’t have any control of it. These ppl come and do parties etc.
