Honest review from previous resident
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great super, made it worth the trouble living there.
Cons:
There is an open field next to the building so you can imagine the mice and rats running around this property. Had to get out ASAP.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the building, add a laundry room and hire more staff to support the super and do more exterminations!!

PLEASE DON’T RENT.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is on a quite block and parking is available. The super keeps the building clean and mop daily.
Cons:
The building is infested with rodents!! I found feces on my kitchen counters , in the kitchen cabinets and random places in my apartment. The neighbors play music all day long and very loud. People constantly park in-front of the fire hydrant and leave garbage outside their apartment door. Mail packages are constantly being stolen in the hallways and management won’t install cameras . My ceiling have cracks and the paint is chipping. The appliances are outdated and my oven doesn’t work but stove does . The building needs renovations ASAP , the kitchen have a huge hole in the wall and the mice run in and out from behind the cabinets. The trash is kept on the side of the building and people throw the trash any and everywhere, the raccoons, cats and rats run through the trash.
Advice to owner:
You should take better care of the building and fix the rodent problem. You have hard working people who shouldn’t have to see mice/rats running on their kitchen countertop.
