Never ever again!
Former Tenant
Pros:
We never had an issue with bugs and water yet everything else is terrible
Cons:
The neighbors have no concept of quietness at all! The elevator camera has been busted for years and will break down for weeks. I live on the 4th floor so carrying in laundry and grocery can be a hassle with no working elevator.
Advice to owner:
Take tenant complaints seriously
