Good with the bad......
Former Tenant
Pros:
No alternative side parking!!! The space in each room is better than the apartment rooms in the inner city. Is a clean area landscaping during warm weather is done.
Cons:
Parking is insane!!! Might have to park two blocks away if your not in after work by 4pm. For the price of rent you should be treated a certain way, they can be nice but also delay issues with fixing, a pipe or electrical issues, lighting is weird in the rooms you need floor lamps to light up the bedrooms. Most garbage days if your a good person you take out the garbage and recycling garbage week after week after week and think I’m not the only one living here and wonder why your the only one taking it out....
Advice to owner:
Fixing an issue with apartments shouldn’t take so long, when rent is due the first of the month is there, in return for on time fix and less disturbances. Don’t wait for a pipe to burst to then want to fix issues.
