Location is good.
Cons:
Elevator needs repair, makes disrupting noise when stopping on EACH floor!
Advice to owner:
Fix your Elevator!

Pros:
Price is fair and rent-stabilized Only utility to pay for is electricity
Cons:
Floors are made of paper and CREAK Super extremely slow to respond (two months+ wait)
