Nice Area, Thin Walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
- I liked the modern style of the place The doormen are really nice - Very close to the 7 train which takes you right - Water pressure is good - Trash room on every floor - Unit has in unit w/d
Cons:
- I don’t like that you have to make reservations to get into the community room and the gym - The lobby smells like weed / cigarettes too often - The walls are very thin, so you can basically hear everything out in the hallway and if you’re sharing multiple rooms with people , again you can hear everything as if they’re next to you

Overpriced in my opinion
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rooftop, the lounge, the gym, access to laundry, close to the train, and the doorman
Cons:
There would be multiple times when another tenant would have an issue with the building and either start camping out in the lobby playing music really loudly or “protesting“ in front of the building which just so happen to be in front of my window. The police are being called to this building a lot. They also charge you if you don’t have your key or or you are unable to get into your apartment because it takes the doorman away from his post meanwhile the doorman is almost never sitting at the front desk and when they are they are not checking who is coming in and out of the building.
