Management was great, front desk and handymen are really helpful and responsive
Cons:
If you are a light sleeper, don't choose the side that is facing manhattan because of the view.

- Front desk and staff are great - Handymen are responsive - The space, amenities and overall building cleanliness is great for the price - By the M R train - The building management is really committed to continuously improving living here
Cons:
- Building is an “older” 2015 luxury building, so there can be some wear and tear in units - Pet friendly, so elevators can really smell sometimes
