DO NOT RENT HERE (ROACHES, BED BUGS, AWFUL MANAGEMENT)

Pros:
The building seemed nice at first, and the location is convenient for commuting, but that’s where the pros end.
Cons:
Smart Management NY, the building management company/owners, are unresponsive and extremely unhelpful when they do respond. The building is plagued with a never-ending roach infestation, which the building manager and/or owners do the bare minimum to address. The management also never worked to address the presence of bedbugs in the building aside from a cursory spray almost a week after they had been notified of the issue. In addition, the common spaces (most notably the laundry room) are poorly maintained. There is an ongoing noise issue due to a restaurant/bar across the street that allows their patrons to throw impromptu street parties after closing at 4 am. I’ve been here for the tenure of 2 building managers and both have been beyond careless in addressing the myriad issues tenants in the building have flagged.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and actually try and resolve issues instead of directing us to the building managers, who do absolutely nothing

Cons:
Roach infestation in the entire building, package theft daily, landlord and management and super do not respond and are disrespectful and rude when they do.

Tell Yitzy to do his job

A nice place to live

the walls are GREEN!! not gross landlord special white but GREEN
Cons:
the laundry room is beautiful but only one washes cold. additionally the super is useless
