Large apartment. Nice area.

No washer and dryer allowed (c) openigloo in apartments yet we have (c) openigloo limited machines that hadn’t worked (c) openigloo in months and then got (c) openigloo new washers but terrible at (c) openigloo cleaning. It takes 3 cycles (c) openigloo for a good clean. Building (c) openigloo has no cameras in hallways. (c) openigloo People easily come up and (c) openigloo steal and potentially harm people. (c) openigloo Elevator is better but only (c) openigloo after neighbors made numerous complaints.

There was not anything I (c) openigloo liked about this building besides (c) openigloo it’s easy access to transportation.
Cons:
This building had a huge (c) openigloo pest problem and the super (c) openigloo was always hard to reach. (c) openigloo The building was consistently dirty (c) openigloo and the the lobby door (c) openigloo was never fully secured. The (c) openigloo tenants in here were extremely (c) openigloo loud and the landlord is (c) openigloo known for most evictions in (c) openigloo NYC. he does not care (c) openigloo about anyone in his priorities (c) openigloo and he makes that clear.
Advice to owner:
My harsh advice is to find a new profession.

Advice to owner:
You want good tenants, who pay the rent and have respect? You need to provide the quality of life services detailed in YOUR lease. When someone lives in your property, you are responsible for the repairs and making sure everything works...particularly when you have a responsible, respectful and respectable tenant who always pays rent in full and on time, It is unprofessional to not respond; People gain respect by being responsible, responsive and respectful. Perhaps this is why so many tenants are not paying their rent? No one wants to pay rent to be inconvenienced nor to be ignored by the person who receives more money out of our salaries than we do. People basically pay 2/3 of their salaries in rent. In addition, if you want good rent paying tenants you have to treat them well and be responsible and responsive. It is not a difficult task to be a decent human being

its a relatively quiet area, (c) openigloo the neighbors really stay to (c) openigloo themselves and its in a (c) openigloo good location, not too dangerous, (c) openigloo but theres plenty stores and (c) openigloo shops nearby, along with easy (c) openigloo access to transportation.

-PESTS! RODENTS! whatever you wanna (c) openigloo call it! all over the (c) openigloo building, especially on lower levels (c) openigloo since the garbage shoot is (c) openigloo right under it, and im (c) openigloo assuming it wasn’t cleaned properly. (c) openigloo exterminators are sent out ever (c) openigloo few months but it does (c) openigloo nothing! -landlords are money greedy and (c) openigloo claim to not get rent (c) openigloo EVERY month from multiple tenants, (c) openigloo even though theres proof they (c) openigloo recieved it -electrical issue with MY (c) openigloo apartment, i was not warned (c) openigloo about this prior to moving (c) openigloo in and now every summer (c) openigloo i cannot use any air (c) openigloo conditioners or else my apartments (c) openigloo power will turn off -occasional issue (c) openigloo with leaking in one of (c) openigloo the closets, guessing its from (c) openigloo an apartment upstairs, completely ruined (c) openigloo my clothing earlier this year -hard (c) openigloo to find parking, but that’s (c) openigloo expected living in nyc -supers are (c) openigloo incredibly hard to reach for (c) openigloo any issue, i still have (c) openigloo about 2 unfinished projects in (c) openigloo my apartment, and a few (c) openigloo issues that they claim to (c) openigloo fix but they return again (c) openigloo everytime they “fix” it. - occasionally (c) openigloo no hot water, it’s strange (c) openigloo because i see it happen (c) openigloo the most in the winter (c) openigloo which is like such a (c) openigloo terrible time for a freezing (c) openigloo cold shower. theres been no (c) openigloo cold water before, but that (c) openigloo was only four, maybe five (c) openigloo times - you can turn your (c) openigloo own heat on and off, (c) openigloo but after that you cannot (c) openigloo control anything, thats a little (c) openigloo strange.
