Nice Apt. Issues With Communication

It's a very clean building (c) openigloo and the apartments are newly (c) openigloo renovated
Cons:
Issues with flooding, issues with (c) openigloo hot water taking forever to (c) openigloo heat up, and issues with (c) openigloo shower water pressure.
Pretty good overall but overpriced in my opinion

-FREEZING in the winter, they (c) openigloo don't turn the heat on (c) openigloo enough at all -Packages always getting (c) openigloo stolen out of lobby -Listed as (c) openigloo 1 bedroom but really more (c) openigloo like a studio, overpriced

Tiniest bathroom (c) openigloo & kitchen. - Every apartment (c) openigloo entrance door has a gap (c) openigloo on the bottom. If one (c) openigloo unit gets roach infested it (c) openigloo will likely to spread to (c) openigloo every unit on the same (c) openigloo floor. - Charges a pet (c) openigloo fee - Packages went missing a (c) openigloo few times - The building is (c) openigloo right by a bar. Depends (c) openigloo on which direction the unit’s (c) openigloo facing it might get loud (c) openigloo at nights, etc. - Frequently (c) openigloo had brown water issue - If (c) openigloo there’s a construction work you (c) openigloo are notified on the day (c) openigloo of the construction - Could (c) openigloo hear neighbors too well

Neighbors are great.
Cons:
Swarms of flies at front (c) openigloo door and in lobby, disgusting (c) openigloo poop stain on wall under (c) openigloo the front door lock for (c) openigloo over two years, garbage cans (c) openigloo overflowing, lobby stinks of heavy (c) openigloo “air freshener” to cover stench (c) openigloo of garbage. Leasing company DOES (c) openigloo NOT RESPOND once you sign (c) openigloo lease and they have your (c) openigloo money. Apartment not ready when (c) openigloo I moved in, needed various (c) openigloo repairs. Very noisy from local (c) openigloo bars/live music. Thin walls, can (c) openigloo hear everything in above, below, (c) openigloo and neighboring apartments. When someone (c) openigloo closes their door, my apartment (c) openigloo shakes. Very cheaply built.
Advice to owner:
Signing this lease was a mistake.

Garbage room would quickly overflow, (c) openigloo loud stairs that weren’t sturdy, (c) openigloo squeaky floors, small kitchen sink, (c) openigloo street noise throughout, mgmt would (c) openigloo not discuss amount for lease (c) openigloo renewal and increased significantly

Pace your increases in rent, not everyone needing 3 beds has roommates to split costs

Had a terrible mouse problem (c) openigloo due to openings in the (c) openigloo wall from the French doors (c) openigloo which for whatever reason were (c) openigloo not sealed. Had exterminator come (c) openigloo 10 times and still had (c) openigloo a mouse problem. Was disgusting

Get rid of the mouse problem by sealing all open walls.
