Updated interiors and our unit (c) openigloo has in-unit W/D. The latch (c) openigloo system was great to use (c) openigloo especially for guests. Packages rarely (c) openigloo got stolen. Good amount of (c) openigloo closet space.
Cons:
Only 1 elevator for the (c) openigloo whole building and it’s small. (c) openigloo Management isn’t the most responsive (c) openigloo and they kicked out the (c) openigloo in-building super so it takes (c) openigloo longer to get help now. (c) openigloo Saw cockroaches and a few (c) openigloo mice before we moved out (c) openigloo since it’s an old building (c) openigloo that they renovated to make (c) openigloo it look nice but definitely (c) openigloo still has old building problems. (c) openigloo They don’t return security deposits (c) openigloo in a timely manner and (c) openigloo don’t follow the laws with (c) openigloo how they should be taken (c) openigloo care of (should be in (c) openigloo an interest bearing account and (c) openigloo renters should receive that interest).

Views, Relatively quiet street, nice (c) openigloo finishes, tall ceilings, working windows
Cons:
Next door school has scaffolding (c) openigloo that can double as shelter (c) openigloo in summer; can't control the (c) openigloo heat but windows work well (c) openigloo so that helps alot; would (c) openigloo love the windows cleaned

-walls are paper thin, so (c) openigloo you hear everything -if the neighbor (c) openigloo slams their door, anything hanging (c) openigloo will fall, so super tough (c) openigloo if they are having a (c) openigloo party -some entitled neighbors

Support long term tenants with no complaints

When I was shown the (c) openigloo apartment, the agent said how (c) openigloo I cold reach out to (c) openigloo him for anything and he (c) openigloo would help. Oscar winning performance. (c) openigloo We lost heat and hot (c) openigloo water for a week in (c) openigloo Novemeber; no rent deductions, no (c) openigloo apologies. nothing. Then I had (c) openigloo a rat sneak in through (c) openigloo the A/C and was in (c) openigloo my PLACE FOR TWO NIGHTS (c) openigloo I STAYED UP . I (c) openigloo asked for help. They sent (c) openigloo someone out who did not (c) openigloo believe me and left immediately. (c) openigloo Did nothing. I had to (c) openigloo kill the rat myhself which (c) openigloo was traumatic (I am a (c) openigloo petite female) took off work (c) openigloo for 2 days since no (c) openigloo sleep. All packages got stolen (c) openigloo and the solution was out (c) openigloo up some shitty opaque glass (c) openigloo even though the thefts were (c) openigloo internal. At least my neighbors (c) openigloo were nice.

cockroaches and rats in the (c) openigloo trash room. cockroaches in the (c) openigloo apartments. a lot of theft, (c) openigloo management is completely unhelpful with (c) openigloo even though there is a (c) openigloo “camera” in the lobby.

Cons:
People have been breaking in (c) openigloo and stealing packages. 2 apartments (c) openigloo have been broken into since (c) openigloo I moved here. There are (c) openigloo people doing heroin in the (c) openigloo laundry room and screaming at (c) openigloo all hours of the night. (c) openigloo The common areas are always (c) openigloo dirty and the trash is (c) openigloo all over the sidewalk. The (c) openigloo building gets fined at least (c) openigloo once a month and they (c) openigloo don’t care and never fix (c) openigloo anything that breaks. A resident (c) openigloo unalived himself out of the (c) openigloo apartment window and the building (c) openigloo said nothing. They don’t respond (c) openigloo to service requests and don’t (c) openigloo allow us to have the (c) openigloo super’s contact. It smells like (c) openigloo weed and cigarettes all the (c) openigloo time and other peoples ash (c) openigloo comes flying in my windows (c) openigloo covering my apartment because it’s (c) openigloo so hot in the winter (c) openigloo I need to leave the (c) openigloo windows open. And I just (c) openigloo got a letter from conEd (c) openigloo that the building is behind (c) openigloo on their bills so service (c) openigloo is getting shut off to (c) openigloo the common areas.
Advice to owner:
This apartment has so much potential but management just doesn’t care at all.
Decent apt but expensive

Prime location in Chelsea, quiet (c) openigloo neighbors and street.
Cons:
Expensive for what you get (c) openigloo + gets dusty. In unit (c) openigloo dryer doesn’t work too well.
