building is huge super is (c) openigloo overwhelmed. takes forever to do (c) openigloo repairs.

Near a grocery store and (c) openigloo lots of food shops. The (c) openigloo long time neighbors were better (c) openigloo than the super.

The staircase was extremely narrow (c) openigloo and super easy to slip, (c) openigloo which isn’t helpful if you (c) openigloo live on the 4/5th floor. (c) openigloo My apartment had a mouse (c) openigloo and roach problem, but it (c) openigloo seems like this is common (c) openigloo for this building due to (c) openigloo all the restaurants. The roaches (c) openigloo weren’t tiny either, they were (c) openigloo the giant, full sized ones (c) openigloo that you see on the (c) openigloo street. Thank god my cat (c) openigloo liked killing them, but it (c) openigloo was very hard to get (c) openigloo rid of the mice (what (c) openigloo we originally got the cat (c) openigloo for due to landlord and (c) openigloo super doing absolutely nothing, same (c) openigloo with their exterminator, who literally (c) openigloo just gave us glue traps).

It’s a quiet building. Big (c) openigloo floor plans for the price. (c) openigloo Super lives in and is (c) openigloo very responsive/friendly. I actually enjoy (c) openigloo living here quite a lot.

Water pressure can be a (c) openigloo little iffy. We get maybe (c) openigloo 2-3 roaches a year. Walls (c) openigloo and floors are thin so (c) openigloo you can hear your neighbors (c) openigloo walking around.

Excellent location - close proximity (c) openigloo to public transportation (M4 & (c) openigloo M98 busses right outside the (c) openigloo building, A around the corner, (c) openigloo 1 is 10 minutes walk (c) openigloo away). Great range of options (c) openigloo for dining in and out, (c) openigloo Blink and Planet Fitness gyms (c) openigloo are a 15 minute away, (c) openigloo awesome parks with dog runs. Majority (c) openigloo of the neighbors are kind, (c) openigloo thoughtful, and will go out (c) openigloo of their way to help.

New super doesn't live on (c) openigloo site and continuously ignores messages. Building (c) openigloo is filthy an porter (c) openigloo barely cleans the surface. No periodical (c) openigloo apartment upkeep required by law (c) openigloo (paint etc). Elevator broke down multiple (c) openigloo times before management finally fixed (c) openigloo a major infrastructure issue. No (c) openigloo elevator for nearly a month, (c) openigloo and management was very rude (c) openigloo to tenants who called to (c) openigloo ask for a timeliness or (c) openigloo update. Would not recommend! It's going downhill.
