Really everything is good - (c) openigloo def younger occupants. Well maintained (c) openigloo - lived here 2 years (c) openigloo without seeing a single bug.

Not much - location is (c) openigloo a little eh

Elevator, washer/dryer, dishwasher and two (c) openigloo bathrooms for 3 beds
Cons:
Security Deposit was not returned. (c) openigloo Street isn’t the best. Cabinets (c) openigloo are poorly installed.

-Location is both a pro (c) openigloo and con. Near the subway, (c) openigloo but right above a liquor (c) openigloo store that brings an interesting (c) openigloo crowd every day & night -Apartment (c) openigloo itself is pretty nice and (c) openigloo spacious, and gets decent light. (c) openigloo -Washer and dryer in unit, (c) openigloo they work fine but are (c) openigloo TINY -Common spaces in the building (c) openigloo are always kept clean and (c) openigloo somehow manage to smell nice -Roof (c) openigloo access!! There view of the (c) openigloo bridge is beautiful.
Cons:
-Like I said earlier, living (c) openigloo above a liquor store isn’t (c) openigloo great. There is ALWAYS a (c) openigloo crowd of drunk people right (c) openigloo outside the front door. -Neighbors here (c) openigloo party multiple nights a week, (c) openigloo with raging music until maybe (c) openigloo 2-3am. I’ve seen them invite (c) openigloo 50+ people into the building (c) openigloo and leave it trashed. -There is (c) openigloo 0 contact with building owners/management. (c) openigloo You can contact the super, (c) openigloo who really just handles repairs (c) openigloo by doing them himself, and (c) openigloo he is super fast at (c) openigloo responding and friendly. But to (c) openigloo contact anyone above him about (c) openigloo other apartment issues, like the (c) openigloo noisy neighbors, is impossible.
