Pros:
Overall unit design and layout (c) openigloo are lovely, building looks beautiful (c) openigloo from the outside, public areas (c) openigloo are always kept clean, good (c) openigloo location, good access to L,M,J (c) openigloo trains
Cons:
Building focused: SO overpriced and (c) openigloo management SUCKS. They take no (c) openigloo accountability and responsiveness does not (c) openigloo even equate to the bare (c) openigloo minimum. For 90% of my (c) openigloo lease duration, there has been (c) openigloo ongoing issues with package theft (c) openigloo on a weekly basis. Not (c) openigloo only is this a massive (c) openigloo inconvenience, but also clearly unsettling (c) openigloo to live in this type (c) openigloo of atmosphere where this is (c) openigloo so frequent, prevalent, and easy (c) openigloo to do. No compensation to (c) openigloo tenants and even more disappointingly, (c) openigloo no effort to resolve the (c) openigloo issue. Ie, upping security measures, (c) openigloo changing codes, showing any type (c) openigloo of concern with preventative measures. (c) openigloo etc. Unit focused: balcony door (c) openigloo doesn't lock, which is extremely (c) openigloo unsafe considering neighboring balconies are (c) openigloo all attached to each other. (c) openigloo So just have to hope (c) openigloo and pray you don't live (c) openigloo next to a psycho. It's (c) openigloo known within the building that (c) openigloo unit's main doors can be (c) openigloo opened with a credit card. (c) openigloo Lovely. Kitchen window leaks every (c) openigloo time it rains and was (c) openigloo told someone would be sent (c) openigloo to fix it...still waiting on (c) openigloo that. Best of luck to (c) openigloo whoever moves in next. Absolute (c) openigloo joke to be expecting $3500 (c) openigloo for a 1br with this (c) openigloo lack of interest to care (c) openigloo about tenants rights to feel (c) openigloo like they can live safely (c) openigloo and comfortably. Misleading and straight (c) openigloo up lies on Streeteasy when (c) openigloo stated that this is a (c) openigloo doorman building - certainly is (c) openigloo not.
Advice to owner:
If you want to charge luxury prices, you need to provide tenants with luxury customer service and actually care about the people putting money in your pocket. .
