Being under the bridge you (c) openigloo definitely hear the train but (c) openigloo eventually get used to it

Gorgeous renovated apartments, down to (c) openigloo the details and finishes. Unique (c) openigloo space and apartment quality for (c) openigloo the price. Even share layout. (c) openigloo Wonderful neighborhood and neighboring businesses
Cons:
Building itself felt like it (c) openigloo should have been condemned. It (c) openigloo was shocking to see the (c) openigloo apts inside after being in (c) openigloo the hallway. Front door didn’t (c) openigloo really lock, pests seen in (c) openigloo the entry, significant noise from (c) openigloo the bridge above. Management was not (c) openigloo great but not the worst (c) openigloo I’ve experienced. However, despite (c) openigloo the cons still my favorite (c) openigloo place I’ve lived in NYC!
Advice to owner:
Renovate the rest of the building

Insane landlord who sexually harassed (c) openigloo and threatens rent stabilised tenants, (c) openigloo constant construction noise, constant interruption (c) openigloo of heat and hot water, (c) openigloo no repairs, extortion of undue (c) openigloo rent, verbal abuse.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone sane
