(c) openigloo honestly not sure how long (c) openigloo the building will even be (c) openigloo safe given how many complaints (c) openigloo to HPD there are about (c) openigloo leaking ceilings.

Good location, nice natural light, (c) openigloo good price for the space.
Cons:
Tons of trash and vagrants (c) openigloo in the entryway. The bar (c) openigloo downstairs does a horrible job (c) openigloo cleaning the area and it (c) openigloo feels dirty. There are mice (c) openigloo throughout the building, and they (c) openigloo will send exterminators to help, (c) openigloo but it’s difficult when they (c) openigloo are so prevalent. There are (c) openigloo several squatters in the building (c) openigloo as well it seems, as (c) openigloo well as a contractor who (c) openigloo works in the basement, which (c) openigloo is a fire hazard.
Advice to owner:
Work with Rays to keep the building clean. Do not rent out the basement to someone using heavy machinery.

No functioning fire/carbon monoxide alarms (c) openigloo in most apartments. The management (c) openigloo is unresponsive and disrespectful to (c) openigloo the tenants. Somewhat expected (c) openigloo from a rent control building, (c) openigloo but if you want any (c) openigloo type of a repair done (c) openigloo - you’re on your (c) openigloo own, or expect to deal (c) openigloo with assholes.

Pros:
Inside is fairly clean, video (c) openigloo intercom, roof access. My apt (c) openigloo is fairly nice and large, (c) openigloo esp for the rent. Many (c) openigloo units are rent stabilized.
Cons:
Awful loud bar downstairs, patrons (c) openigloo constantly drink on stoop and (c) openigloo block tenants from entering and (c) openigloo exiting. Patrons congregate and yell/scream (c) openigloo at all hours. Crowd control (c) openigloo is poor. Bar also plays (c) openigloo super loud music at all (c) openigloo hours even 6 AM in (c) openigloo the morning sometimes; you can (c) openigloo hear it on the 2nd (c) openigloo floor. There are two parklets (c) openigloo from the bar that result (c) openigloo in ppl congregating outside. Landlord (c) openigloo does nothing about them.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the bars parklets. Tell the bar owners to keep it down or get evicted. Make the bar owner do better sound proofing, reduce music volume, and do better crowd control. Be more responsive to tenant inquiries. Respond to emails and phone calls.
