No super, they will lie (c) openigloo and say there is a (c) openigloo super but there isn’t, management (c) openigloo company “casa properties” is horrible (c) openigloo and unresponsive, they do not (c) openigloo that complains seriously. Reveal Real (c) openigloo Estate which is contracted to (c) openigloo rent out the unit in (c) openigloo the building will try illegally (c) openigloo enter your apartment and harass (c) openigloo and threaten you if you (c) openigloo don’t allow them to enter. (c) openigloo They will also try to (c) openigloo enter without 24 hour written (c) openigloo notice, and outside of normal (c) openigloo business hours. Structurally the building (c) openigloo is in disrepair, our roof (c) openigloo leaks non stop and the (c) openigloo hallways and lobby of the (c) openigloo building are disgusting, trash will (c) openigloo sit out for weeks without (c) openigloo anyone coming to clean it. (c) openigloo Trash will also pile up (c) openigloo in the basement causing horrible (c) openigloo smells and pest issues. Your (c) openigloo packages will be stolen and (c) openigloo you will not feel safe (c) openigloo living here. They will try (c) openigloo to squeeze every penny they (c) openigloo can out of you, they (c) openigloo will cash your rent checks (c) openigloo and they claim they never (c) openigloo received your check for that (c) openigloo months and try to fine (c) openigloo you $50 late fee. Save (c) openigloo yourselves the trouble, do not (c) openigloo under any circumstances live here!!!

changing everything you do in the way of business.

Its a cozy building, and (c) openigloo its insulated from the noise (c) openigloo immediately outside.
Cons:
The heat and hot water (c) openigloo can't be taken for granted... (c) openigloo It frequently doesn't work. Truly, (c) openigloo I thought I might freeze (c) openigloo to death this past winter (c) openigloo bc I was working from (c) openigloo home in the pandemic and (c) openigloo there weren't open public spaces (c) openigloo for coworking.

Pls fix the boiler And my goodness the rent is too high to be having this problem

Great location! Quiet bc of (c) openigloo park, close to a ton (c) openigloo of food + fun things (c) openigloo to do - a very (c) openigloo rich place to live, you’re (c) openigloo paying for location; heat and (c) openigloo water is covered, all amenities (c) openigloo are well maintained mostly; management (c) openigloo company is held together by (c) openigloo two very sweet girls who (c) openigloo will actually help you if (c) openigloo you’re nice !! Rooftop has (c) openigloo a lovely view as well (c) openigloo

The two beds aren’t true (c) openigloo two beds, they’re converted one (c) openigloo bed with a tiny second (c) openigloo bedroom; super is missing in (c) openigloo action and will only come (c) openigloo out to do repairs if (c) openigloo something is actually life threatening; (c) openigloo roach problem, which they’ve done (c) openigloo nothing about; roof flooded during (c) openigloo a storm, super was nowhere (c) openigloo to be found and a (c) openigloo tenant had to bail the (c) openigloo entire complex out by unclogging (c) openigloo the roof drain

Find a new super lol please

Responsive super, building is clean
Cons:
Older unit isn’t sealed well (c) openigloo so it’s a little chilly (c) openigloo in the winter. Sometimes the (c) openigloo boiler struggles to keep up/breaks (c) openigloo (but the super fixes it (c) openigloo quickly).
Advice to owner:
Suggest sealing windows to keep heat from escaping.
