Pros:
Our apartment is great. Victor, (c) openigloo the super, is responsive and (c) openigloo always answers our calls (he (c) openigloo lives in the building too). (c) openigloo We've never had a bug, (c) openigloo rat, etc. issue. Heat and (c) openigloo air works well. Our apartment (c) openigloo was recently remodeled and nothing (c) openigloo has broke during our lease. (c) openigloo Our unit faces away from (c) openigloo 9th avenue, so it's not (c) openigloo loud at all. We also (c) openigloo like the area given there (c) openigloo are so many restaurants on (c) openigloo 9th avenue within walking distance.
Cons:
Only con I can think (c) openigloo of is that both dryers (c) openigloo in the buildings' shared laundry (c) openigloo space didn't work well for (c) openigloo a few months. They didn't (c) openigloo get super hot and you (c) openigloo would have to pay for (c) openigloo two cycles in order to (c) openigloo fully dry your stuff. The (c) openigloo dryers have both since been (c) openigloo replaced / fixed.

A lot of the remodeling (c) openigloo was done poorly, bathroom and (c) openigloo kitchen not in the best (c) openigloo conditions. Heat can be inconsistent.
Advice to owner:
Bathrooms need better remodeling.

Holy mice problems!

Quiet overall building. Only studios (c) openigloo do fighting over the washer (c) openigloo dryer is minimal.
Cons:
Major mice infestation for over (c) openigloo a year. Nice have even (c) openigloo eaten the screen on my (c) openigloo windows, twice!

Fix the mice problems

Cons:
High rent increases no amenities (c) openigloo and frequently out of service (c) openigloo laundry room with outdated machines.

- Laundry always breaking, very (c) openigloo old, only 2 machines - Management (c) openigloo does not respond to anything, (c) openigloo when they do they are (c) openigloo rude - Second bedroom does not (c) openigloo have a real window to (c) openigloo the outdoors, no A/C access (c) openigloo or heating - Brown stains on (c) openigloo walls when it rains, heard (c) openigloo from other tenants about mold (c) openigloo problems as well - "No pets" (c) openigloo even though original StreetEasy listing (c) openigloo said pets allowed - Really weak (c) openigloo water pressure - Previous live-in super (c) openigloo was timely and responsive, new (c) openigloo super not so much - Can (c) openigloo get noise from the outdoor (c) openigloo patio space attached to another (c) openigloo building

Reply to emails, do some repairs, find some way to provide heat/air conditioning to second bedrooms!!
