-central portal made it (c) openigloo easy to report maintenance, pay (c) openigloo bills, etc
Cons:
-the super was very responsive (c) openigloo and completed simple maintenance requests (c) openigloo (ie light bulbs) very quickly, (c) openigloo however, outsourced maintenance took far (c) openigloo too long. My AC was (c) openigloo broken for over a month (c) openigloo
- I had concerns with (c) openigloo the doormen drinking while in (c) openigloo the job after overhearing them (c) openigloo joke about it. They let (c) openigloo whoever come up the elevators (c) openigloo and didn’t seem to care (c) openigloo about the job. They also (c) openigloo didn’t wear masks and were (c) openigloo openly anti-vax during peak covid
- (c) openigloo package system charged for packages (c) openigloo left over 3 days and (c) openigloo I would sometimes get notifications (c) openigloo for non existent packages and (c) openigloo would get charged $20 for (c) openigloo late fees. Property management company (c) openigloo would not help resolve with (c) openigloo package company
