    - Legit soundproof walls, couldn't (c) openigloo hear a thing - Apartments had (c) openigloo so much space! In-unit washer (c) openigloo and dryer was amazing - Staff (c) openigloo was nice, food delivered right (c) openigloo to your door, good package (c) openigloo management system - Great location
    Cons:
    - Responsiveness to issues was (c) openigloo sometimes slow, not terrible though - (c) openigloo Raised rent by an obscene (c) openigloo amount our second year living (c) openigloo there so had to move (c) openigloo out. Raised it $100 the (c) openigloo first year, $1700 the second (c) openigloo year.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't raise the rent by so much

    The doormen and staff are (c) openigloo incredible. The neighbors are really (c) openigloo kind and friendly. Great amenities (c) openigloo ad close to so many (c) openigloo parks. It has the perfect (c) openigloo charm of the UWS.
    Cons:
    The communication with management can (c) openigloo be abmissal. Lack of notification (c) openigloo when our roof went under (c) openigloo construction.

    Elevator, doorman, washer/dryer in unit, (c) openigloo renovated, great views
    Cons:
    Occasional cockroach, had bedbugs one (c) openigloo year, lobby has smelled funny (c) openigloo ever since Best Market was (c) openigloo there, elevators often out of (c) openigloo service and therefore crowded, younger (c) openigloo and louder tenants

    Proactive pest control, noise dampening measures

    Fairly quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, (c) openigloo many have been here for (c) openigloo several years due to rent (c) openigloo stabilization
    Cons:
    Pest management is nonexistent. Ceiling (c) openigloo leaks and pipes bursting are (c) openigloo common. Trash management is awful. (c) openigloo Basically just an alley that (c) openigloo fills 6 feet high with (c) openigloo trash by trash day. Good (c) openigloo luck getting in touch with (c) openigloo management when you need something.

    Take better care of your properties

    The doormen and building staff (c) openigloo are wonderful. Very kind and (c) openigloo helpful. Large laundry room. Trash chute and (c) openigloo recycling on every floor (cleared (c) openigloo out pretty regularly). Great location -- (c) openigloo right by the park, so (c) openigloo if you're lucky, you also (c) openigloo have an excellent view. And (c) openigloo close to target/whole foods
    Cons:
    Poor ventilation -- our bathroom (c) openigloo ceiling would crack every few (c) openigloo months. A bit of an older (c) openigloo building for the price you (c) openigloo pay. We didn't have a pest (c) openigloo problem, but I did see (c) openigloo a roach in the stairwell

    Great location, modern appliances, & (c) openigloo access (for a fee) to (c) openigloo amenities in the neighboring Otto (c) openigloo building which is great during (c) openigloo the summer.

    Bathrooms do not have any (c) openigloo ventilation (window or fan).

    Hallways are not clean and (c) openigloo updated. Doormen are not professional. (c) openigloo When I moved out one (c) openigloo of the doorman continuously called (c) openigloo me on my personal cell (c) openigloo phone that he got from (c) openigloo the building.

    Update the common spaces and security.
