Pros:
Great location and a livable (c) openigloo apartment, the super is easy (c) openigloo to reach and he fixes (c) openigloo things. This is an old (c) openigloo radiator apartment, so the heat (c) openigloo is great.
Cons:
People at the management company (c) openigloo ERG are quite rude whenever (c) openigloo they need to do something (c) openigloo for you and you are (c) openigloo of no value as a (c) openigloo renter and can't be trusted, (c) openigloo you are just $$ in (c) openigloo their eyes. Though I guess (c) openigloo this is no different from (c) openigloo the whole city during this (c) openigloo housing crisis, as they know (c) openigloo you have no other options. (c) openigloo I would have still liked (c) openigloo to feel a little safer (c) openigloo about not feeling like ERG (c) openigloo is trying to screw me (c) openigloo over every time I had (c) openigloo to do something with them. (c) openigloo The inside of the building (c) openigloo is run down. Our packages (c) openigloo get stolen once in a (c) openigloo while. The buzzer is almost (c) openigloo always broken. This is an (c) openigloo old building, so a lot (c) openigloo of things break regularly. The (c) openigloo neighborhood is sometimes lovely sometimes (c) openigloo sketchy.
Advice to owner:
I wish we had face to face contact with the owner and could build mutual trust rather than only having the management company as our contact
