Porter (c) openigloo so offensive personally most tenants (c) openigloo will not speak with him.
All (c) openigloo renovations done cheaply and not (c) openigloo to code, no permits.
Intercoms doesn’t (c) openigloo work.
Elevators break down frequently.
Advice to owner:
The condition of the building starts with the owner. The infrastructure of the building has been neglected for decades.
Invest in the building, perform necessary plumbing and electrical work to code, renovate apartments with thoughtfulness rather than installing mismatched appliances and cabinetry that are placed where they can not fully open.
Hire trained and capable staff without major personality or psychological disorders.
