We were new to the (c) openigloo city and country - this (c) openigloo building was the only one (c) openigloo willing to lease to tenants (c) openigloo without social security or credit.

Simply poor management. It took (c) openigloo many months to process a (c) openigloo simple registration process, and the (c) openigloo air conditioners that were promised (c) openigloo by the realtors were never (c) openigloo installed.

General good condition maintenance-wise, two (c) openigloo modern elevators, in building laundry, (c) openigloo good residents/neighbors, supermarket on ground (c) openigloo floor is very convenient, very (c) openigloo good commute to most of (c) openigloo Manhattan with 2/3 and 6 (c) openigloo stations nearby

Don't move in

The building is nasty, roaches (c) openigloo and dirty. The new (c) openigloo super Pedro's doesn't do anything (c) openigloo in the building. The only person (c) openigloo you see doing anything ex (c) openigloo (garbage or mopping) in the (c) openigloo super assistant.
