Pros:
You're right at the crossroads (c) openigloo of Chinatown and Little Italy. (c) openigloo Tons of good food. Everything (c) openigloo from truly delicious & cheap (c) openigloo Dim Sum to a fancy (c) openigloo Italian dinner within one block (c) openigloo radius.
Cons:
Tourists everywhere outside (and they (c) openigloo walk SO. SLOWLY.) You can (c) openigloo sometimes hear the noise from (c) openigloo tourists on Mulberry singing karaoke. (c) openigloo Oh, also, cockroaches in the (c) openigloo bathroom...
Advice to owner:
It's only worth it to live here if you REALLY REALLY love Chinese food / Dim Sum. Great eats for everyone's budget. (not so much the case for the Italian food)
